Crockpot Italian Chicken

This was yummy.  And a nice change from the Crockpot BBQ Chicken I usually make and equally easy.

1 pkg chicken of your choice (I used chicken breasts)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce (I used Hunt's with garlic and basil)
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes (I used Hunt's with garlic and basil)
1/2 bell pepper, sliced

Throw all ingredients in Crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.  Remove chicken and shred.  Return to Crockpot for another 15 minutes or so.  Serve on hoagies with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

I didn't get a photo of it on bread because I ate it so fast.  Yeah.
