Easy Cheesy Enchiladas

These are SO good.  And so easy!

Tortillas - we use flour tortillas
McCormick Enchilada Sauce mix
1 8 oz can tomato sauce - we use salt free
1 1/2 cups water (for sauce mix)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz cheddar cheese
spinach if you want

Prepare sauce as directed on package.  While sauce is simmering, mix together cheeses and spinach.  Pour 1/3 sauce in baking dish.  Spoon cheese mixture in each of 8-10 tortillas (depending on how tight you cram them in there).  Roll up and place seam down in baking dish.  Top with remaining sauce and cheddar cheese.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
