makes 6 bowls
2 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
1 cup water
1 can Cannelloni beans
1 medium zucchini
2 big handfuls of baby spinach
1 cup dry mini shell pasta
Bring broth, tomatoes, and water to a boil on medium heat. Add beans, zucchini, and spinach. While soup is simmering, cook pasta in a separate pot. Add pasta to soup. Simmer another 10-15 minutes. Serve with parmesan bread.
parmesan cheese (the real kind...not the powdery kind)
Slice bread. Butter each slice. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 until cheese melts.
